We are a Metro Manila, Philippines based company specializing in advanced technologies for quick and cost effective road rehabilitation and maintenance.

We are the only accredited applicator for Lafarge (Phils.) for their cement stabilization products/services.

Our motto "FASTER - CHEAPER - BETTER" embodies the technologies that we use, and carry in our product lines.

Specifically, we offer contract services for:
    - Soil/Road Stabilization (using Cement and additives)
    - Chip Sealing
    - Soil and Base Waterproofing (for Asphalt Roads and Concrete Roads)
    - Blend Mixers (Mobile Precision Concrete Mixers)

In all our services, we provide:
1.  Testing and choosing the right stabilizer mix blend (cement + additives) based on soil tests and analysis.
2.  Using specialized equipment such as on-site crushers and stabilizers.
3.  Adhering to good engineering practices on proper road and drainage designs.

We are the ONLY contractor that combine subgrade waterproofing (Fig. 4 below) and soil stabilization to further improve road durability:

In problematic areas where water infiltration and/or clayish soil is an issue, we waterproof the subgrade prior to stabilization of the top layer (Fig. 4).  An "always dry" subgrade soil will have a much higher load bearing capacity than a subgrade that becomes wet.  This will ensure that there is a uniform support to the stabilized layer that will be constructed.

We are the only company in the world that employ this design because Philippine roads are extremely susceptible to rain/water ingress.  In addition, this design obviates the need to import gravel thereby reducing the carbon footprint of any road project.
